The yearly capacity of the Fence Panel production is 1.800.000 pieces of panels per year, which allows us to serve our partners with a quality products on the right time.
GALVANISED STEEL WIRE ON COIL
Alfafence source and use in our production hot dip galvanised wire only from national and international high quality wire producers.
Technical specifications:
HDG Wire in rosette coils and spooled coils.
Between 1000 and 1500 Kg a coil.
Wire diameters, commercially 4, 5, 6, 8 mm for our fence panels.
Tensile strength between 350 and 900 N/mm2 depends on wire diameter.
Zinc Coating according EN 10244, minimum 40 gr/m2.
WIRE STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINES
The wire straightening and cutting machines.
The wire diameter range of wire with medium/low carbon content, are specially made for the full automatic fence panel welding machines.

FENCE PANEL WELDING MACHINES
The full Automatic welding machines fed by pre-cut wire from a European machine producer for the production of high quality fence panels.
The system is extremely versatile, modernly conceived and suitable for a large production of fence meshes single wire (profiled) and double wire.
The main qualities of this highly productive machine are its up-to-date design, its practical use and its extremely simple adjustment, managed by electronic programming.
COATING LINE
The automatic coating line especially developed for the produced fence panels and posts. With a conveyor system, 5 stage pre-treatment system, powder coating system, using Wagner powder painting technology, drying ovens and cooling zones.

This all in combination with the highest quality powder from a European leading powder producer we achieved the best quality end result for our coated fence panels and posts.
ROBOTS
In the production plant are full automatic robots. The smart robots are integrated in the production processes.
